For Students

  • Users can continue to use their Kuder account by logging in once a year to keep the account up to date.

  • If your school uses Clever, there is no need for users to register.
  • The activation code can be found in the administrative database by clicking the Navigator Activation Code or Journey Activation Code link on the right-hand side of the page.
  • For Navigator users, this code will begin with an “N”.
  • For Journey users, this code will begin with a “J”.
  • Activation codes are meant for users to register or retake assessments. Some landing pages do not need activation codes.

  • Some of our clients use Clever for single sign-on. If you know that your school or organization uses Clever, choose the login with Clever option on your login page. If you are not sure if your school or organization uses Clever, contact your instructor or Kuder support.
  • Users can find their correct login or landing page using our Login Look up tool here.
  • To log in to Kuder Galaxy, please visit galaxy.kuder.webspecwmh.dev.
  • To log in to Kuder Navigator, please visit navigator.kuder.webspecwmh.dev.
  • To log in to Kuder Journey, please visit journey.kuder.webspecwmh.dev.

  • For Clever users, if the username and/or password is forgotten, you will need to check with your instructor or the district IT department.
  • For non-Clever users, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will need to answer your security question and create a new password.
  • For non-Clever users, authorized administrators can also provide the user with a temporary password via their administrative account by navigating to the Find A User section.

  • Click on Forgot Username to have your username emailed to you if you remember the email that your account is associated with. If the username reminder email is blank, you can contact Kuder Client Engagement to have one of our team members look up your account by name.
  • Authorized administrators can look up usernames/email addresses from within their accounts.
  • For Clever users, if the username and/or password is forgotten, you will need to check with your instructor or the district IT department

For Administrators

  • Education plans can be approved using the Education Plans report within your administrative account.
  • The Education Plans report can be found by clicking the Reports tab, then selecting the Education Plans link under the Activity Progress Reports section.

  • For Kuder Navigator (middle schools and high schools):
    • When an organization is set up, the primary contact designated will receive an implementation email that has the organization access code and organization password.
    • Anyone with an admin account can share the organization access code and organization password with other educators that need access to the same account.
    • The organization access code and organization password are just for registration.
    • Register your account at https://navigator.kuder.webspecwmh.dev or find your unique Login page here.
    • Within your administrative account, the organization access code and organization password can be found by clicking the Administration tab then clicking the link for Access Codes.
 
  • For Kuder Galaxy:
    • Kuder will initiate your account and send you an email with instructions to set your account password.
    • Then, you can sign into your account at https://galaxy.kuder.webspecwmh.dev.
    • You can add other administrators from within your account.
 
  • For Clever users, some educators may be able to user Clever to login and will not need to register.

As a counselor, teacher, career coach/advisor, or other authorized school, district, or organizational leader you can have an administrative account.

  • Yes! Please visit our Webinars & Courses page to view a full list of all upcoming events hosted by our experts.
    • Not finding the training you need? Email training@kuder.webspecwmh.dev to see when the next face-to-face or online training would be available for you and your users.

  • If a student previously held an account through Clever, the student would need to transition this account by going to navigator.kuder.webspecwmh.dev.
  • The steps begin by clicking the Need Help Signing In link.
