The Alabama State Department of Education partners with Kuder to deliver a comprehensive system that meets their unique academic requirements and college and career readiness standards.
The State of Alabama Department of Education (ALSDE) selected Kuder in 2010 to develop a comprehensive statewide online career planning system for students in grades 6 through 12. The Alabama Career Planning System, powered by Kuder® (ACPS) set the stage for the state’s newly developed education strategy, with the goal of preparing all students to be successful in college and/or career upon graduation from high school. Today, the ACPS serves as a support system that helps secondary students successfully prepare for the future.

Waukee STW students can identify their interests, skills and work values; plan for postsecondary education or training; find scholarships; explore career options; create resumes and electronic portfolios; and much more.
